Community Standards

At Voyiq, we strive to create a welcoming, respectful, and safe community where adults can discover, connect, and build meaningful relationships. These Community Standards explain what is and isn’t allowed on our platform.

By using Voyiq, you agree to follow these standards.

1. Respect Everyone

Treat every member with respect.

You must not:

• Harass or intimidate others.
• Send abusive, offensive, or threatening messages.
• Discriminate based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• Encourage self-harm or violence.

Healthy conversations and respectful disagreements are welcome. Personal attacks are not.

2. Authentic Profiles

Be yourself.

You may not:

• Create fake profiles.
• Pretend to be another person.
• Use someone else’s photos.
• Create multiple accounts to deceive others.
• Misrepresent your relationship status or claim to be a couple when you are not.

Authentic profiles help build trust within the community.

3. Photos and Content

Profile photos, gallery images, comments, event descriptions, and other content should be appropriate for an adult social networking platform.

Allowed

• Everyday photos
• Travel photos
• Beachwear
• Swimwear
• Fitness attire
• Lingerie, provided private areas remain covered and the content is non-explicit

Not Allowed

• Nudity
• Visible genitals
• Explicit sexual content
• Sexual acts
• Pornographic material
• Graphic or disturbing images
• Content promoting sexual services
• Images involving minors

Voyiq reserves the right to remove any content that we determine is inappropriate or violates these standards.

4. Consent and Privacy

Respect the privacy and boundaries of others.

You must not:

• Share another person’s private information without permission.
• Upload photos of another person without their consent.
• Share private conversations outside the app without permission.
• Record or distribute personal information obtained through Voyiq without authorization.

Always respect another person’s decision if they decline communication or interaction.

5. Messaging

Use messaging responsibly.

Do not:

• Send spam.
• Send repeated unwanted messages.
• Pressure someone after they have declined communication.
• Use abusive or threatening language.
• Solicit illegal activities.
• Attempt scams or fraud.

If another member asks you to stop contacting them, respect their decision.

6. Events

Users creating events must ensure the information they provide is accurate.

Do not:

• Create fake events.
• Use events to scam users.
• Promote illegal activities.
• Mislead attendees.

Voyiq may remove events that violate these standards.

7. Commercial Activity

Voyiq is intended for genuine social connections, not commercial promotion.

The following are prohibited:

• Advertising businesses or services
• Selling products
• Escort or paid companionship services
• Promoting subscription platforms
• Promoting external groups or communities solely for marketing purposes
• Requesting money or financial assistance
• Investment scams
• Cryptocurrency scams
• Referral schemes
• Pyramid or multi-level marketing

Repeated commercial activity may result in permanent account removal.

8. Illegal Activity

You may not use Voyiq to:

• Promote illegal activities.
• Buy or sell illegal goods.
• Traffic controlled substances.
• Promote violence.
• Share child exploitation material.
• Encourage criminal behavior.

Any illegal activity may be reported to appropriate authorities where required by law.

9. Safety

Meeting new people should always be done responsibly.

We encourage members to:

• Meet in public places.
• Inform a trusted friend before meeting someone.
• Protect personal information.
• Report suspicious behavior immediately.

Voyiq cannot guarantee the identity or intentions of every member.

10. Report and Block

If you encounter inappropriate behavior, you can:

• Report users.
• Block users.

Our moderation team reviews reports and may take appropriate action.

False or malicious reporting may itself violate these standards.

11. Enforcement

Voyiq may take action when these Community Standards are violated.

Depending on the severity of the violation, we may:

• Remove content.
• Remove photos.
• Remove comments.
• Remove events.
• Issue warnings.
• Restrict account features.
• Temporarily suspend accounts.
• Permanently terminate accounts.

Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate account removal without prior warning.

12. Appeals

If you believe your account or content was removed in error, you may contact us for review.

We will evaluate each appeal individually but reserve the right to make the final decision regarding moderation actions.

13. Changes to These Standards

We may update these Community Standards from time to time.

Continued use of Voyiq after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised standards.
