Welcome to Voyiq (“Voyiq”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Voyiq mobile application and related services (“Service”).

By creating an account or using Voyiq, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

Voyiq is intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• The information you provide is accurate.
• You are legally permitted to use the Service in your country.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

2. Creating an Account

You may create an account using:

• Sign in with Apple
• Google Sign-In

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities that occur using your account.

You must not create multiple accounts for fraudulent or abusive purposes.

3. Subscriptions

Voyiq offers optional premium subscriptions, including:

• Monthly
• Yearly
• Lifetime (where available)

Premium features are optional. Basic features of the Service may remain available without a subscription.

Subscriptions purchased through Apple are billed by Apple and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account settings.

Refunds are subject to Apple’s applicable policies.

4. User Content

You may create and upload content including:

• Profile information
• Profile photos
• Gallery photos
• Biography
• Events
• Chat messages
• Comments
• User vouches

You retain ownership of the content you create.

By posting content on Voyiq, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Voyiq to:

• Create fake or misleading profiles
• Impersonate another individual or organization
• Harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse other users
• Promote hate speech or discrimination
• Upload pornography or sexually explicit content
• Share illegal content
• Send spam or unsolicited commercial messages
• Sell products or services without authorization
• Share another person’s personal information without consent
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to access another user’s account
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Service

Violation of these Terms may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

6. Community Safety

Voyiq is committed to maintaining a respectful community.

Users may:

• Block other users
• Report users
• Report inappropriate content

We reserve the right to investigate reports and take appropriate action, including removing content or terminating accounts.

7. Content Moderation

We may, at our sole discretion:

• Remove profile photos
• Remove gallery photos
• Remove events
• Remove comments
• Remove other user-generated content
• Restrict account functionality
• Temporarily suspend accounts
• Permanently terminate accounts

We are not obligated to review all content before it is published.

8. Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your account at any time from within the application.

When your account is deleted:

• Your profile will be removed.
• Your uploaded content may be deleted.
• You will be immediately logged out.
• Messages previously sent in conversations may remain visible to other participants to preserve conversation history.

9. Intellectual Property

Voyiq and its associated trademarks, logos, software, designs, and content are owned by the application owner unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

• Copy
• Reverse engineer
• Modify
• Redistribute
• Scrape
• Commercially exploit

any part of the Service without prior written permission.

Users remain responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any content they upload.

10. Privacy

Your use of Voyiq is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Third-Party Services

Voyiq may integrate third-party services including authentication, cloud storage, analytics, subscriptions, and notifications.

Use of those services may also be governed by the respective third-party terms and privacy policies.

12. Disclaimer

Voyiq is a platform that enables users to discover, communicate, and interact with one another.

We do not guarantee:

• the identity of any user,
• the accuracy of user-provided information,
• the behavior of members,
• the success of connections,
• or the availability of any event.

Users are solely responsible for their interactions with other members, whether online or offline.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Voyiq and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• user interactions,
• user-generated content,
• loss of data,
• interruption of service,
• unauthorized access,
• or personal disputes between members.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owner of Voyiq from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• your use of the Service,
• your content,
• your violation of these Terms,
• or your violation of applicable laws.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, the “Last Updated” date will be revised.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
